Due to health and safety regulations, Crazy John’s Daytona Beach LLC cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used, all sales are final, no refunds or exchanges. The exception is unless you have received a defective mechanical device such as a vape pen or an item is damaged during shipment. If you received a defective device or damaged shipment, please carefully read below to understand your options.
